Come join our intimate healing circle to practice self-care in the warmth of community with other local women. Queenie will guide the group through a heart-opening healing circle weaving in energy medicine through reiki and provide a celestial sound bath to help everyone relax and tap in to access their own inner guidance and knowing. Together, we'll build our coherence and go into a cathartic multidimensional healing journey, rebalancing our chakras. You will leave feeling recharged, more lucid, inspired and connected within.

WHAT TO BRING: The studio has yoga mats, cushions & throws for use but you're welcome to bring your own if you like. Feel free to brnig a reusable water bottle, your crystals if you'd like them to be super-charged with the energies our healing intentions.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come comfortably dressed. No shoes in the studio, so feel free to also bring a pair of cozy socks.
