ENERGY EXCHANGE: $40 
WHAT TO BRING: The studio has yoga mats, cushions & throws for use but you're welcome to bring your own if you like. Feel free to brnig a reusable water bottle, your crystals if you'd like them to be super-charged with the energies of our healing intentions.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come comfortably dressed. No shoes in the studio, so feel free to also bring a pair of cozy socks.
