We'll enjoy slow, quiet, meditative mornings to connect inward + awaken the spirit. Then, we'll come back into harmonic resonance with Gaia and initiate with the sacred elements as we hike through Sedona’s magnificent landscapes to sacred sites. We'll also partake in some crystal shopping + support local Indigenous artisans to find the perfect keepsakes to bring home. Lastly, each guest will also have the option to capture her unique energy field with a fun aura photo.
MAJESTIC SUNSETS AND RELAXING EVENINGS
Back at our retreat sanctuary, we'll wind down each day with a wellness activity from cathartic reiki energy healing and gentle stretch + embodiment practices, to purifying our vessels + activating our inner technology with Oracle Breathwork and a soothing, celestial sound bath. We'll also enjoy our onsite massages, refreshing dips in the pool and relaxing soaks in the jacuzzi.
