In follow up to last month’s powerful Soniq Sanctuary, this month I guided everyone on a transformative HypnoBreathwork journey + soothing reiki sound bath where we focused on the theme of healing the Father wound. With Father’s Day coming up, it can trigger emotional pain, trauma and unresolved issues related to the complex relationship with our Father. Each person's experience with the Father wound is unique and can bring up deep-rooted emotions like grief around a Father's passing, neglect, abandonment, emotional unavailability, rejection, unhealthy role-modeling, abuse or trauma.
Through the combined power of hypnosis, breath, reiki + sound, this journey offered an opportunity to go deep into our subconscious and process emotional pain to gain core insights into the impact of the Father wound in our lives, patterns & behaviors. I was sending distance reiki the entire duration of the HypnoBreathwork session as well, then I guided us to give ourselves permission to reframe these past experiences and finally, we integrate with a relaxing reiki sound bath and I guide everyone to take one intuitive action to promote compassion, forgiveness, healing and personal growth.

Feel free to smudge and clear the energy in your space, preparing to be in ceremony.
Please also have a journal and pen next to you for jotting down your insights/downloads, along with a glass of fresh water to ground.
