You're invited to tend to your holistic well-being with this nourishing free community event to welcome you to my new space!
 
Reconnect with community or make new friends as we gather in the group studio to set our intentions, release heavy emotions and rebalance our energy with a soothing reiki sound bath. 
 
Then, come tour my new treatment space next door and the Longevity studio downstairs.

Location: 3201 N. Sepulveda Blvd, 2nd Floor, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266
Parking: There is parking in front of the building, neighboring streets and the mall across the street
What to Bring: The studio has yoga mats, cushions & throws for use but you're welcome to bring your own if you like. Feel free to bring a reusable water bottle, an eye mask and your crystals if you'd like them supercharged.
What to Wear: Come comfortably dressed.
