In this special Soniq Sanctuary Ascension Circle, we were guided to do such profound and moving healing work around healing the Mother wound. This ascension circle was in advance of Mother's Day which can be a sensitive holiday for many as, oftentimes, it can inadvertently trigger deep-rooted, unhealed emotions around our individual and collective mother wounds.
In this very potent multidimensional sound journey, I guide us through powerful energetic processes to help soothe, heal and liberate from past pain and trauma related to the ways in which we were mothered, feelings of abandonment from lack of mother figure, abuse or neglect, as well as helping to release the infamous 'Mom guilt' many women also carry around not being or doing enough for our children. This virtual sound bath is designed to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can acknowledge and work through any unresolved feelings related to the mother wound, in a gentle and supportive way.
At the beginning of our Ascension Circle, we had a vulnerable circle share which I intentionally didn't record to respect everyone's privacy, so the replay starts right at the beginning of the sound journey. We connected with our inner child, met with our Mother/Mother figure's inner child, returned heart fragments & SO much more.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Please have a quiet, comfortable place to lay down.

Feel free to have any crystals out that you'd like to be super-charged with reiki.
Feel free to smudge and clear the energy in your space, preparing to be in ceremony.
Please also have a journal and pen next to you for jotting down your insights/downloads, along with a glass of fresh water to ground.
