This edition of Soniq Sanctuary was dedicated to Healing the Sister Wound. This theme kept coming up in conversation with friends + colleagues and in my treatments, so I knew we need a sacred pause to receive some collective TLC in this area.

I guided everyone on a transformative HypnoBreathwork journey + soothing reiki sound bath. We began with HypnoBreathwork to safely explore, process & release allowing the healing process to unfold. I guided us to gently release emotional pain, resentment & misunderstandings to embrace forgiveness, compassion, and love towards yourself and your sisters. Then, we moved into a nourishing reiki sound bath with light language transmissions to support our integration. This multidimensional healing ceremony was lovingly curated to nurture, heal & help restore the sacred bond of sisterhood within us.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Please have a quiet, comfortable place to either sit upright or lay down to receive the transmissions and activations.
You're welcome to use headphones and an eyemask to enhance the experience.
Feel free to have any crystals out that you'd like to be super-charged with reiki.
Feel free to smudge and clear the energy in your space, preparing to be in ceremony.
Please also have a journal and pen next to you for jotting down your insights/downloads, along with a glass of fresh water to ground.
